How It Works
- Send your drawings. Plans, elevations, sections and specification, by email or WhatsApp.
- Get a clear quote. The price, what it covers, where extra cost would start, and the turnaround.
- Get your reports. We issue them, answer building control's questions, and update the calculations if the design changes.
Rules That Are Changing
- 24 March 2027. The Future Homes Standard and the new Part L for commercial buildings come into force in England. Projects that submit plans before that date and start on site within 12 months can stay on today's rules.
- 2031. The government has confirmed that rented commercial buildings over 1,000 m² will need to reach EPC B. This is not yet law.
